Why should I register?

Registering for a Wealden 24/7 account will allow you to request services online, such as reporting a missed bin collection, and view information related to your address. You will not need to wait on the phone to request services, and you can make your request at any time.

Once you have registered, we will save your address and contact details so you don't need to enter this information every time - you just need to login.

When you request a service, we will send you a confirmation email and provide the Council department, or our contractors, with the information they need to carry out the work.

How do I register?

To register, you must have an email address and live within the Wealden District.

What will you do with my details?

We will store your personal information securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We may use the information you provide to contact you about Council services, and we may need to share this information with the contractor that provides the service. This contractor is obliged to keep your details safe and secure and to use them only to fulfil your request.
